- Contacting customers with overdue balance by phone and email
- Process customer payments utilizing QuickBooks software
- Research & reconcile customer payment history as necessary
Roughly 15 hours a week, flexible timings
$14 to $18 per hour, based on experience
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly phone presence
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software will be a plus
- Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and Collections will be a plus
- PC proficiency, including, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- High standards of ethics, integrity and trust

The Junior Sales Representative is a role to support the sales and marketing initiatives for Alora Healthcare Systems. This position will be tasked with telesales and telemarketing to reach out to target Home Health companies. The task will include contacting via email and/or phone calls target market prospect companies to:
- Determine the name and contact information for key members of the management team
- To invite to visit trade show booth
- To invite to attend Alora Healthcare sponsored webinars
- Appointment setting
- Online product demos to introduce Alora Healthcare products and services
The position will also be tasked with data entry into Salesforce.com Alora
Healthcare’s customer relationship Management (CRM) system. The Junior Sales Representative will be tasked and measured on these activities. They will be equipped and empowered to coordinate all of the Alora Healthcare sales and marketing resources to achieve maximum sales results.
The Junior Sales Representative is an entry level position offering the opportunity to launch a career in the sales and marketing of healthcare IT.
Additional responsibilities also include:
- The attainment of weekly and monthly activity standards

The ability to diagnose a problem, log calls, test new software features, multi-task and work with team members is important to success. Superior communication skills are essential to respond to diverse clients with a positive and supportive manner that demonstrates functional knowledge with ownership of their issues.
