EVV System for Colorado

Alora is an approved alternate EVV vendor for Colorado

The 21st Century Cures Act, which was passed into law in December of 2016, requires Medicaid programs to implement an approved EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system for both Personal Care and Home Health services. Per section 12006, all states, inclusive of Colorado, must implement an approved EVV system to avoid an automatic reduction in federal Medicaid funding, which could adversely impact Personal  Home Health services received by Health First Colorado members. The Colorado Department of Healthcare and Financing is implementing EVV for all Colorado required services effective January 1, 2020. Alora is an officially approved vendor for electronic visit verification in the state of Colorado.

Alora Home Health Software features an integrated EVV system for Colorado, designed to ensure compliance, reduce the risk of revenue losses, and empower your agency with efficiency and workflow simplicity.
